9. The arrangement of the sections of a safety regulation which is the subject of an application for approval must comply with the order of the matters provided for in section 1 of the Regulation determining matters to be treated in a safety regulation (chapter S-3.1, r. 4).

9. The arrangement and numbering of the sections of a safety regulation which is the subject of an application for approval must be identical to those of the previous regulation approved by the Minister of Education, Recreation and Sports, unless a section has been revoked or added.
